PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a complex fluoride fluorescent material rationally at high productivity by adding raw materials sequentially to one reaction vessel.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a complex fluoride fluorescent material by melting various components as raw materials into water sequentially and finally depositing a red phosphor in a solution from the obtained aqueous solution in manufacturing a Mn activated complex fluoride red phosphor represented by the following formula (I) AMF: Mn (I), where M is one or more kind of tetravalent element selected from Si, Ti, Zr, Hr, Ge and Sn, and A is one or more kind of alkali metal selected from Li, Na, K, Rb and Cs and containing at least Na and/or K. |
