PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof device of an opening part for enabling going-in-and-out from the opening part, after installation to the opening part. ! SOLUTION: A waterproof device 1 comprises: a reinforcement plate 50 installed on the outdoor side more than an opening/closing door 4 so as to communicate between the indoor side and the outdoor side of a structure S and to intercept an opening part O opened/closed by the opening/closing door 4, in an opening state; a sheet 10 installed on the outdoor side more than the reinforcement plate 50; and a holding member 20 for holding the sheet 10 on the outdoor side more than the opening/closing door 4.
