PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel dike for keeping a land side water level always constant, by lifting the dike itself in response to this, when a sea side water level rises. ! SOLUTION: A floating base body 1 for playing a role as a foundation for forming an upper surface structure of the dike, is positioned on an upper surface of a structure M of becoming a foundation of the dike having a water intrusion-unhindering form in an inside space, and a floating control sea side suspension body 5 and a floating control land side suspension body 6 are respectively suspended near the sea side and near the land side of an under surface of the floating base body 1, and vertical groove holes 7 and 8 for slidably receiving the total length of the suspension bodies 5 and 6 are provided on the sea side and the land side of the structure M, and when buoyancy reaches the floating base body 1 by filling the tide and lifts this, a clearance with the structure M formed based on floatation of the floating base body 1 |
