PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electric wire loosening prevention tool, which can be adapted even to electric wires with different diameters and has high versatility. ! SOLUTION: A loosening prevention tool 1, which prevents loosening of an electric wire W constituted of a plurality of twisted lead wires, comprises: belt-like members 11 wound around an outer periphery of the electric wire W; and tension adjusting means 20 that has a first support member 23 that supports one end portions 11a in a longitudinal direction of the belt-like members 11 wound around the electric wire W, a second support member 27 that supports the other end portions 11b in the longitudinal direction of the belt-like members 11 and a tension adjusting mechanism (40) that adjusts tension of the belt-like members 11. The electric wire W is firmly tightened by increasing the tension of the belt-like members 11 wound around the electric wire W so as to prevent loosening of the electric wire W.
