PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency input coupler that enables exchange of a high-frequency input window. ! SOLUTION: A high-frequency input coupler 10 comprises a coupler main body 16 and a window unit 17. The coupler main body 16 has an inner conductor 20 and an outer conductor 21. The window unit 17 has: an inner conductor part 32 bonded to the inner conductor 20; an outer conductor part 33 bonded to the outer conductor 21; and a high-frequency input window 34 bonded between these inner conductor part 32 and outer conductor part 33.
