<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure quietness and startability.SOLUTION: A lock introduction region Rli which discharges engine oil from a lock operation chamber 164, and introduces the engine oil to an advance chamber 22, a lock throttle region Rls which is arranged at a single side of the lock introduction region Rli, discharges the engine oil from the lock operation chamber 164, and throttles an introduction flow rate of the engine oil to the advance chamber 22 more than that to the lock introduction region Rli, and an advance region Ra which is set at a side opposite to the lock throttle region Rls with the lock introduction region Rli sandwiched therebetween, introduces the engine oil to a lock operation chamber 164 which has stopped discharge, and controls the introduction flow rate of the engine oil to the advance chamber 22 are set as moving regions of a spool 70 in a control valve 60. A control circuit 90 variably sets a control command V at a start of an internal combustion engine so that a moving position of the spool 70 in the lock introduction region Rli is temporally changed from the advance region Ra side toward the lock throttle region Rls side.</p> |
