PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of secondary sag in electro-coating, surely. ! SOLUTION: An upper limit moisture content capable of avoiding occurrence of a secondary sag phenomenon in printing drying treatment, is inspected, about a moisture content of an immersion electro-coating solution held on a gap part of a coated matter which was subjected to water washing treatment. The inspected upper limit moisture content is set to a target moisture content, then the coated matter which was subjected to water washing treatment is heated up to set non-boiling temperature where boiling and sudden boiling of the immersion electro-coating solution do not occur, for vaporizing the moisture of the immersion electro-coating solution held on the gap part, thereby the moisture content of the immersion electro-coating solution is reduced to the target moisture content from an initial moisture content, namely moisture content adjustment treatment is performed to the coated matter, then the coated matter which |
