A functional underwear for a man of the present invention comprises an underwear body having an opening part where the penis is exposed to the outside on the front; a scrotum pocket sewed on the inner surface of the front of the underwear body, and accommodating the scrotum; and a penis pocket arranged on the upper side of the scrotum pocket, and accommodating the penis, wherein the back of the scrotum pocket and the penis pocket, the back surface of the penis pocket and the scrotum pocket contacts with the edge of the opening part, and is formed for the penis accommodated in the penis pocket to be exposed to the outside through the opening, thereby conveniently accommodating the penis and the scrotum, and being easily used. |
