PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop electrical components even when an operation of detecting a failure of means for executing a command for driving electrical components stops due to the failure of the means.SOLUTION: When both of a FF output signal 211 and an enable signal 209 are at a high level, a motor stop signal 212 is set to a high level and at any other level than the high level, the motor stop signal 212 is set to a low level. Only when the motor stop signal 212 is at a high level, an excitation pattern signal 207 is output to a motor driver 202 as an excitation pattern signal 213. |
