PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant monitoring control system capable of standardizing the load of a control device while maintaining reliability when a plurality of users simultaneously monitor the operation state of the control device from different operation terminals.SOLUTION: An operation terminal 2 to be used by a user 3 is configured to, when acquiring and displaying operation state data of a control device 1 which controls plant equipment from the control device 1, acquire periodic state data 8 among the operation state data via a proxy terminal 12 configuring a master/slave. The proxy terminal 12 is configured to preliminarily acquire the periodic state data 8 in a fixed cycle and store the periodic state data 8 in an own operation state database 17 and to, when receiving a request from the operation terminal 2, transmit the periodic state data 8 stored in the operation state database 17 to the operation terminal 2. On the other hand, the operation terminal 2 is configured to directly acquire temporary log data 9 from the control device 1. |
