PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal device capable of reducing a fluctuation of an oscillation frequency of a crystal element. ! SOLUTION: The crystal device includes: a substrate 110a; an electrode pad 111 disposed on the top face of the substrate 110a; at least one bump 114 of a circular shape in a plan view disposed on the electrode pad 111; a conductive adhesive disposed to extend from the top face of the electrode bad 111 to cover the top face of the bump 114; a crystal blank 121; excitation electrodes 122 disposed on the upper and lower surfaces of the crystal blank 121; and a pair of extraction electrodes 123 disposed on the crystal blank 121 with a gap between with the excitation electrodes 122. The crystal device further includes: a crystal element 120 mounted on the electrode pad 111 through the conductive adhesive; and a sealing lid 130 for hermetically sealing the crystal element 120. !
