PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device of FM system in which adjustment of an amplitude correction circuit can be automated. ! SOLUTION: A microphone 8 includes an amplifier 9 for amplifying a voice signal outputted from the microphone 8, an FM modulation circuit 11 receiving a voice amplification signal and performing frequency modulation, a control unit 2 having a flash memory for storing a correction factor set value, and an amplitude correction circuit 10 for outputting the voice amplification signal to the FM modulation circuit 11 by correcting the amplitude based on a control signal outputted from the control unit 2.
