PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching controller capable of controlling to reduce the difference in heat generation temperature as small as possible between the upper switching element and the lower switching element.SOLUTION: The switching controller includes voltage conversion means 2 that converts a driving power voltage to be supplied to a drive circuit 4. When an initial voltage command value for generating a PWM signal exceeds an upper limit value, a signal generation circuit 6 sets the voltage command value to the upper limit value, and outputs the PWM signal to the switching elements constituting the drive circuit. When the initial voltage command value exceeds the upper limit value, the voltage control means controls the voltage conversion means to increase the driving power voltage according to the initial voltage command value. |
