PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display unit easy to assemble, a wearable display equipped with this, and a holder to use for them. ! SOLUTION: The wearable display comprises a lighting element, a light modulation element, a light guide element, a holder, and a virtual image optical assembly. The light modulation element generates an image to be outputted by the wearable display. The light guide element guides light from the lighting element, to the light modulation element. The holder integrally holds the lighting element, the light modulation element, and the light guide element.
