PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent antiblocking resin composition having transparency, small in light scattering of a film, stable without generation of blocking even at a smooth face and wound into a roll shape and having rub resistance. ! SOLUTION: There is provided a transparent antiblocking resin composition consisting of a resin having hardening shrinkage property by an active energy ray, a photoinitiator and silica fine particle where the added amount of the silica fine particle is 25% and a value of hardening shrinkage rate of the resin having hardening shrinkage property by the active energy ray multiplying by an average particle diameter of the silica fine particle is 10 to 75 nm. !
