Class 44 The lock 7 of the door of a safe is removably mounted in a U-section member 10 on the inside of the door 3 and retained by a plate 11 sliding in grooves in the opposed walls 10b of the member 10. The plate is secured by a thumb sciew 13. A boss 8 on the lock projects through openings in the base of the member 10 and in the door to receive the key 9. |
