<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal injection molding die capable of increasing the alignment accuracy by reducing the abrasion of a positioning part caused by the dead weight of the injection molding die and by reducing the bending caused by the dead weight being supported by another molding die to thereby stably manufacture highly accurate molded articles for an extended period of time, and also to provide a manufacturing method and injection molded article using the same.SOLUTION: The horizontal injection molding die has a cavity 100 for a convex lens 1 to be molded formed between a fixed-side liner 11 of a fixed die 10 and a movable-side liner 31 of a movable die 30. The horizontal injection molding die includes: a movable alignment aperture S arranged in an orthogonal direction to the opening/closing direction of the movable die 30 between a fixed-side die plate 21 and a fixed-side sleeve 12 of the fixed die 10; alignment means 24 disposed on the die main body 10a in the side with the alignment aperture S arranged, for aligning a center position of an orthogonal direction to the opening/closing direction of the movable die 30 between the fixed die 10 and movable die 30 when the fixed-side sleeve 12 is moved in the range of the aperture S in the orthogonal direction to the opening/closing direction of the movable die 30; and dead weight reduction means 25 for reducing the dead weight of the fixed-side sleeve 12.</p> |
