<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately acquire an image to be displayed on any arbitrary electronic paper terminal including an automatic page turning function, without using dedicated I/F means.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus is configured to read a page image from a display device which switches a page at a fixed time interval. The image processing apparatus includes at least: a scan part which reads a screen oppositely disposed on an original platen at a predetermined time interval shorter than the fixed time interval to successively acquire scan images; an image determination part which compares the acquired scan image with a reference scan image each time the scan image is acquired, and determine whether the acquired scan image is valid/invalid on the basis of a comparison result; and a storage part for storing the scan images. In the case where both the scan images are not matched, the image determination part holds the determination and temporarily stores the acquired scan images. In the case where both the scan images are matched, the image determination part determines that the acquired scan images are invalid, and discards them.</p> |
