According to a piercing punch structure for a press, a piercing punch of the present invention comprises: a tab slide portion, a groove, a circulation groove, a press-in portion, and a body portion. A titanium coating film is formed from the tab slide portion to the press-in portion to reduce wear resistance of the piercing punch and damage due to an abnormal transverse force. The groove and the circulation groove are formed to improve a range of heat generation and a property of wear; thereby reducing heat radiation generated in frictional stress, and increasing productivity of a piercing press process. |
