<p>The present invention relates to a system for monitoring a change of a geographic feature and land-surveying a change rate of land survey information in accordance with a change of an offshore structure. More specifically, the system captures two images with respect to the same region while the system periodically maintains the same shooting direction and the same shooting height for one year or two years with respect to the same region. Moreover, the system compares two images having a time difference from each other to enable automatic detection with respect to the changed ground and edits a tilted ground object displayed on a finished map to output an accurate flat representation of the ground object. Through the map manufactured thereby, the system is capable of effectively showing a path with respect to the region such as the town center where the multiple ground objects (building) are positioned.</p> |
