PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency in consensus building.SOLUTION: An influence level calculation section 15 acquires a piece of information relevant to tasks including at least one task that influence an evaluation of plural alternative candidates as an object of consensus building. The influence level calculation section 15 calculates the influence level of each of the tasks on the evaluation based on the evaluation of each of the plural candidates and the information relevant to factors which influence the evaluation. A correction alternative presentation section 16 creates corrected candidates by adding or deleting a selected factor to any of the plural candidates based on the influence level of each factor.
