摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superior signal detection apparatus for fuel cells, which includes a resonance circuit that prevents a compact RF coil from being short-circuited to an electrode of a fuel cell through broken insulation and which is capable of reducing noise.SOLUTION: A fuel cell signal detection apparatus includes; a static magnetic field generation unit 304 for applying a static magnetic field onto a membrane electrode assembly 203 constituting a fuel cell 2; a compact RF coil 101 for exciting nuclear magnetization of water molecules contained in a solid polymer electrolytic membrane constituting the membrane electrode assembly 203, and receiving a nuclear magnetic resonance signal; a measurement unit 3 for generating an excitation waveform and detecting a reception signal; and a resonance circuit 1. The resonance circuit 1 includes the compact RF coil 101, concentrated capacitive elements C, C, C, and coaxial cables 102, 106 connecting the compact RF coil and the capacitive elements. A load unit 4 includes a load 401 for consuming power generated by the fuel cell, and filters 402a, 402b for reducing noise.
