PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wet a windshield evenly while suppressing power consumption by reducing an amount of an injected washer fluid. ! SOLUTION: Each of injection positions A2, B2, C2 of a washer fluid W injected from each of forward path side injection nozzles and each of injection positions D2, E2 of the washer fluid W injected from each of return path side injection nozzles are arranged side by side alternately by deviating them in the longitudinal direction of a blade rubber. Thereby, on the forward path side and the return path side of the blade rubber, injection positions A2-E2 on a windshield 12 are alternated being different from each other, and in a wiping operation of one round trip of the blade rubber, the windshield 12 can be wetted evenly. Thus, the total number of injection nozzles can be reduced compared to a conventional one, and also, a consumption amount of the washer fluid W in the wiping operation of a round trip of the blade rubber can be suppressed.
