生医模型逆向成型方法;A METHOD FOR REVERSED MODELING OF A BIOMEDICAL MODEL

摘要

一种生医模型逆向成型方法，其中至少包括下列步骤：(a)取得第一模型数据；(b)以电脑将该第一模型数据转换成适用于快速成型机之第二模型数据；(c)将该第二模型数据输入快速成型机；(d)以该快速成型机重复执行铺设模型原料、涂布黏胶及杀菌之动作，直到堆叠出一生医模型为止；藉由在堆叠该生医模型时进行杀菌动作，可达到使生医模型之内部呈无菌状态之目的。; (b) Transferring data of the first model into data of a second model which are applied to a rapid Prototyping machine; (c) Entering data of the second model into the rapid prototyping machine; (d) Laying model materials, coating adhesives and continuing sterilization by the rapid prototyping machine and stacking until a biomedical model is made; wherein sterilization is done during stacking medical model, therefore keeping the biomedical model sterile inside is achieved.
