<p>The device has two oscillating arms e.g. upper oscillating arm (4) and lower oscillating arm (9), articulated on a main body (1) fixed at a steering column of a bicycle. A handlebar of the bicycle is fixed by a clamp (6) in a movable part (5). A geometrical arrangement of parallelogrammatic nature of the device assures a linear vertical displacement of the movable part, where the vertical displacement is parallel to an axis of the steering column of the bicycle. The upper oscillating arm is in shape of fork enclosing the main body and the movable part.</p> |
