The present invention relates to a copolymer resin for powder coating having excellent storage stability and corrosion resistance and a powder coating composition including the same and, more specifically, to an acrylic copolymer resin for powder coating and a powder coating composition including the same, wherein acrylic copolymer resin comprises only monomers having glass transition temperature (Tg) of a homopolymer of 25°C or more as a polymerized unit and has excellent storage stability, improved attachment properties between a substrate and a paint, strong resistance to thread-shaped corrosion and excellent chemical resistance, thereby being usefully applied to car components and an aluminum substrate.
