The present invention relates to an apparatus for mixing raw materials for a hot pack and a packaging method of a hot pack, wherein out of raw materials for a hot pack, iron powder and a mixture including water which oxidizes iron powder are separated, transferred to a hot pack packaging facility, mixed uniformly right before packaged and then sealed in a package to prevent a heating element from heating before the package containing the heating element is sealed, thereby enhancing the quality of a hot pack and wherein the apparatus for mixing raw materials for a hot pack comprises: a transfer unit; an iron powder hopper storing iron powder; a mixture hopper storing a mixture which chemically reacts with the iron powder when in contact with the iron powder; an iron powder transfer tray transferring and dropping the iron powder fed by the iron powder hopper to the transfer unit; and a mixture transfer tray transferring and dropping the mixture fed by the mixture hopper to the transfer unit. |
