The present invention relates to a resin for an antifouling paint and an antifouling paint composition including the same and, more specifically, to a resin used in an antifouling paint which is applied as a top coat to a hull outside and a underwater structure of a ship to prevent the attachment and growth of marine organisms and an antifouling paint composition including the same. The resin of the present invention comprises a resultant product from a radical reaction of a first monomer and a second monomer, wherein the first monomer consists of a carboxylic functional group and a polymerizable double-bond containing unsaturated hydrocarbon group and the second monomer consists of a polymerizable double-bond containing unsaturated hydrocarbon group.
