The invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, namely to the construction of pneumatic engines.The pneumatic engine comprises two supports (20) and (36), a main axle (12), wherein is made a longitudinal through channel for discharge of the compressed air, provided with a head, in which are made a cavity and a lateral slot and which is covered on the front side with a welded flange (18) . The engine also includes a hollow drum (1), on the inner circular surface of which are uniformly welded blades (9). The contact surface of the blades (9) is made at an angle of 25…30°. On one side of the drum (1) are made a flange (10) with a seal ring (11) and a pulley (4) with an internal circular recess (2) for the bearings (3), covered with a flange (5) with a seal ring (6), fixed by screws (7) to the pulley (4). On the opposite side the drum (1) is closed with a flange (25) with a seal ring (29), fixed by pins (22) and screws (23) to the drum (1) with a frontal seal ring (24). The flange (25) is provided with a pulley (26) with an internal circular recess (27) for the bearings (28), covered with a flange (31) with a seal ring (32), attached by screws (30) to the pulley (26). The pneumatic engine also includes a secondary axle (33), wherein is made a longitudinal through channel for air discharge. The drum (1) is located by means of bearings (3) and (28) on the main (12) and minor (33) axles, which, in turn, are rigidly fixed by screws (21) and (37) in the through holes (19) and (35) of the supports (20) and (36). The head of the main axle (12) is disposed in the cavity of the drum (1). The upper cut of the lateral slot is formed tangentially to the inner circular surface of the head and is directed towards the contact surface of the blades (9) at an angle of 90° with gap between the upper cut and the contact surface of the blades (9) of 1,5…2 mm.
