<p>The present invention relates to a display panel and a display device and, especially, to an organic light emitting display panel including a spacer and a display device including the same. The display panel and the display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprise: a semiconductor device including a first electrode; a protection film which is located on the semiconductor device and includes a via-hole capable of exposing the first electrode; a second electrode which is located on the protection film and is connected to the first electrode through the via-hole; and the spacer which is located on the second electrode and is adjacent to the via-hole. The spacer exposes at least a part of an area wherein the via-hole is formed.</p> |
