The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising amniotic mesenchymal stem cells, a pharmaceutically effective amount of the conditioned media and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier for healing a skin wound. The amniotic mesenchymal stem cells according to the present invention, compared to hepatic mesenchymal stem cells, highly express and secret genes and proteins for angiogenesis, significantly increase the transfer of cells and promote the healing of the wound. In addition, the transplanted amniotic mesenchymal stem cells are highly engrafted to the skin wound and highly express keratinocyte-specific proteins, thereby being able to be advantageously used in healing a skin wound.
