<p>The invention relates to medicine, particularly to coloproctological surgery, and can be used for defect plasty after removal of pilonidal cyst.According to the invention, the claimed method consists in that after block removal of the pilonidal cyst with the subcutaneous tissue to healthy tissue and deep fascia with the obtaining of a defect of oval shape in longitudinal plane, are applied blind sutures, starting from each corner of the wound to its maximum transverse diameter, and in said portion of the wound are applied three“U”-shaped sutures on both walls of the wound with skin fixation to the bottom of the wound.</p> |
