<p>The present invention provides an active roll-rod for a vehicle, which comprises: a main frame unit whose front end is connected to a power train; a rod unit having an inner pipe, whose diameter is smaller than that of the main frame, in the rear of the main frame unit; a fastening unit mounted on a sub-frame and inserted into and combined with the inner pipe to be able to glide with a partition unit on the inner circumferential surface; insulators made from elastic materials mounted, respectively, on the front side and the rear side of the partition unit; an end plate combined with the rear end of the inner pipe for preventing the insulators in the rear from breaking away; and a damper unit which comprises: a linking unit with a permanent magnet mounted; and a coil unit for controlling the operation of the linking unit by generating an electromagnetic force by an external power supply. The damper unit is mounted on the fastening unit for the inner pipe to penetrate. The roll-rod of the present invention has a similar structure to the conventional structure, but, has the damper unit for offsetting the vibrational motions of the engine. Therefore, the roll-rod of the present invention can be mounted without changing the structure of the sub-frame and can more efficiently reduce the vibrations conveyed to the body of the vehicle according to the driving status of the vehicle.</p> |
