<p>The device (10) has a frame (12) secured to a succession of compartments (14) arranged in ear relative to the frame. Each compartment is defined by two side walls (14a) connected by a bottom wall (14b). A base (20) includes a planar support plate (22). The base is equipped with a reversible fixing unit that is arranged so as to authorize fixing of the frame on the base in two predetermined positions e.g. horizontal and vertical positions, of the frame with respect to the base.
