<p>The present invention relates to a taperless divided mold, and, more specifically, to a taperless divided mold used in a casting process without a grade angle when the mold is taken out from a casting. The taperless divided mold of the present invention, in a divided mold (60) for casting a cup-shaped cylinder to be taperless, comprises: a bottom fixing frame (51) for securing a certain height of a bottom mold from a server frame (30), making the conveyance of a mold moving plate (54) smooth, and having a hole for guiding an extracting rod (55) and a shaft (65); the mold moving plate (54) moving up and down by a vertically moving cylinder (52) and having the extracting rod (55); an extended-type mold (63) bound by the bottom fixing frame (51); a reduced-type mold (63) bound by the bottom fixing frame (51); a moving shaft (65) fastened to the bottom end of the extended-type mold (63) and the reduced-type mold (63); and a limit (66) fastened to the end of the shaft (65). The exterior of the divided mold (60) made of the extended-type mold (63) and the reduced-type mold (63) is formed to be vertical, and the molds (63, 63) contact each other at an inclined angle (70) which is neither vertical nor horizontal.</p> |
