The present invention relates to a portable CPR assist device, which comprises: a pressure control unit for supporting so as to control the pressure with respect to body condition; a pressure sensor for generating a pressure signal as sensing the pressure; a control unit for generating a buzzer signal above the set pressure corresponding to the pressure signal, and generating a lighting signal which directs a rate of cardiac compression corresponding a control of the pressure control unit; a buzzer for outputting a buzzer sound with respect to the buzzer signal; a lamp for lighting with respect to a lighting signal; and a power supply unit for supplying power to the control unit. According to the present invention, an appropriate pressure can be confirmed with respect to the body condition. In addition, an observer can immediately perform CPR by guiding and inducing an appropriate rate of cardiac compression, when having a patient with respiratory arrest and sudden cardiac arrest.
