Provided is a method for fabricating a solar cell. The method for fabricating a solar cell comprises the steps of: preparing a substrate into a chamber; setting the temperature in the chamber as the first temperature, supplying a first source to the chamber, and forming a light absorption layer on the substrate; setting the temperature in the chamber as the second temperature which is lower than the first temperature, supplying the first source into the chamber, and forming a buffer layer on the substrate; and supplying a second source which is different from the first source into the chamber, and forming a window layer on the substrate.
