The present invention provides equipment for preparing and dispensing an immersion liquid made from solid grinded plants, such as vanilla, tea, coffee, Paraguay tea or a mixture thereof. The equipment (1) includes a container (2) and a suction element (6). The container includes a hollow main body (2) defined by a closed support base (4b) and an opening or mouth (5). The suction element (6) is operably connected to a dragging element (9) for unloading immersion liquid material and cleaning the container (2). The suction element (6) is operably connected to the movable and finally replaceable dragging element (9) which can move freely along the longitudinal axis of such suction element (6).
