<p>A semiconductor integrated circuit is disclosed. The semiconductor integrated circuit comprises: a main wiring, to which power voltage or reference voltage is applied; a plurality of sub-wirings; a plurality of circuit cells connected with the sub-wirings; a power switch cell controlling connection and blocking between one of the sub-cells, which is connected to predetermined one of the circuit cells, and the main wiring depending on a control signal; and an auxiliary wiring connecting the sub-wirings with each other. According to the present invention, advantages of risk reduction, reduction of a power switch cell area, and reduction of a designing time period required to determine a switch cell to be turned on may be obtained.</p> |
