The present invention provides a polymer composition comprising a methacryl resin having a side chain including a cycloaliphatic hydrocarbon group and/or an aromatic hydrocarbon group and a molded article prepared therefrom, wherein the polymer composition has low coloring property and excellent transparency. Accordingly, the present invention relates to a method for preparing a polymer composition comprising a methacryl resin having a side chain including a cycloaliphatic hydrocarbon group and/or an aromatic hydrocarbon group, which comprises the steps of: successively feeding a source material including a source monomer and a polymerization initiator into one or more reactor to perform a successive polymerization; and successively withdrawing the polymer composition from the reactor, wherein the source monomer comprises; (a) 50-95 wt% of methyl methacrylate, (b) 5-50 wt% of (meth)acrylate including a cycloaliphatic hydrocarbon group and/or an aromatic hydrocarbon group; and (c) 0-20 wt% of a monomer which can be co-polymerized with the monomer (a) and/or the monomer (b), with respect to 100 wt% of the source monomer.
