<p>The present invention relates to a biosensor and a bio-sensing method, and, more specifically, to a biosensor and a bio-sensing method where a bio-sensing unit made of a semiconductor device using a top-down approach manufacturing process and an amplifying unit, which amplifies a current signal corresponding to a status variable of a target material, are integrated. The present invention is deducted to settle the issues of the conventional technologies, and aims to reduce the process deviation of a biosensor and an amplifying circuit by forming a biosensor part and an amplifying circuit with a process of a single system using a top-down approach manufacturing process and to propose a biosensor and a bio-sensing method which can achieve minimization by easily integrating a biosensor and an amplifying circuit on a single chip.</p> |
