PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the regeneration efficiency of a DPF by suppressing a temperature drop of the outer peripheral part of the DPF.SOLUTION: An exhaust emission control device 1 is equipped with a DPF 4 for controlling emission of exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine 2 and regenerates the DPF 4 during stop of the internal combustion engine 2. The exhaust emission control device 1 comprises: a heat source 6 heating the DPF 4; an inner filter case 11a having a housing part 11c for housing the DPF 4; an outer filter case 11b which is closed at both ends 11d, 11e and encloses the outside of the housing part 11c; an air pump 9 mounted downstream of the housing part 11c; an exhaust shutter 10 which is mounted downstream of the air pump 9 and is closed when the DPF 4 is regenerated; communication holes 11f which are formed upstream of the housing part 11c and provide communication between the inner filter case 11a and the outer filter case 11b; and an air discharge pipe 12 connected to the downstream side of the outer filter case 11b. |
