PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot rolled steel sheet which can be cold-rolled with low rolling load and is used as a raw material for cold rolling .SOLUTION: There is provided the hot rolled steel sheet having a component composition containing C:0.010 to 0.040%, Si:0.05% or less, Mn: 0.10 to 0.35%, P:0.03% or less, S:0.015% or less, Al:0.01 to 0.10% and N:0.0050% or less and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities and having a structure in which an average particle diameter of ferrite is over 13 μm and standard deviation of values of natural logarithm of the particle diameter of ferrite is 0.4 or more. |
