<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of stopping accuracy and riding comfort due to frequent switching of a brake command, even when a regeneration brake becomes invalid.SOLUTION: An automatic train operation device for automatically stopping a train on a constant position of a station comprises: a first travel pattern (407) based on deceleration when an air brake is operated alone according to a predetermined notch; and a second travel pattern (404) based on deceleration when the air brake and a regeneration brake are operated by cooperation, according to the predetermined notch. When stopping control is started, based on the second travel pattern (404), a notch command is performed to the air brake and regeneration brake, for stopping the train on the constant position, and then, when the regeneration brake becomes invalid, or invalidation of the regeneration brake is estimated, the notch command is relieved. When mileage chart and speed of the train cross the first travel pattern (407), a pattern is changed to the first travel pattern (407), and the notch command is performed to the air brake, and the train is stopped on the constant position.</p> |
