<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a switching operation of an optical filter of a piezo-element of which the resonant frequency is deviated in accordance with a temperature, by changing a drive frequency in accordance with a detection temperature.SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging apparatus includes a solid-state imaging device, a TG, a video signal processing part, a CPU, a movable optical filter, an optical filter switching part of a piezo-element. A reference dark current component B is called that is obtained by adding and averaging a minimum value of H-OB within each V-OB line at a normal temperature, and a dark current component A is calculated that is obtained by adding and averaging the minimum value of the H-ON in each V-OB line between the lines. A temperature C is calculated by a temperature dependent expression of a dark current, a dividing ratio G of a drive frequency D optimal for the temperature C and an imaging device clock F of the drive frequency D is called. A drive pulse in the drive frequency D obtained by imaging device clock frequency division is sent to the optical filter driving part of the piezo-element, and the optical filter driving part of the piezo-element drives the optical filter of the piezo-element.</p> |
