<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate the dissipation of heat generated from a driving circuit driving an electro-optical panel.SOLUTION: An electro-optical device 1 includes: a liquid crystal panel 100 that performs electro-optical operation; a first COF substrate 10 that is provided with a first driving IC 12 driving the liquid crystal panel 100; a second COF substrate 20 that is provided with a second driving IC 22 driving the liquid crystal panel 100 at a position overlapped with the first driving IC 12 in a normal direction of the surface of the first COF substrate 10; and an FPC 30 for power source that supplies a power source potential to the liquid crystal panel 100 and is provided with a wiring layer 32 having a part passing through between the first driving IC 12 and the second driving IC 22.</p> |
