This user device has a reception unit that receives first through third information, a plurality of pieces of fourth information each indicating an uplink-downlink configuration transmitted via a physical downlink control channel accompanying an RNTI, and fifth information for determining indices for the fourth information with respect to a serving cell. If said fifth information is set for an activated serving cell, the reception unit monitors a primary-cell common search space in a subframe for monitoring the physical downlink control channel accompanying the aforementioned RNTI. If said physical downlink control channel is detected in a wireless frame ({m∙T/10, m∙T/10+1, …, (m+1)∙T/10−1}), an uplink-downlink configuration for a corresponding wireless frame ({(m+1)∙T/10, (m+1)∙T/10+1, …, (m+2)∙T/10−1}) in the serving cell is provided by the fourth information for said serving cell. |
