PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for enabling an image forming apparatus to execute predetermined processing by using the content of an online storage regardless of the form of the content.SOLUTION: In a relay device 50 capable of communicating with an online storage 70 and an MFP 10, when a processing content form as the form of content for enabling the MFP to execute predetermined processing and a transmission content form as the form of content to be transmitted from the online storage are the same, acquisition information for acquiring the content from the online storage is transmitted to the MFP, and when the processing content form and the transmission content form are different, acquisition information for acquiring conversion content obtained by converting the content from the transmission content form into the processing content form is transmitted to the MFP. Thus, it is possible for the MFP to execute the predetermined processing by using the content of the online storage regardless of the form of the content. |
