PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a halogen-free coaxial cable, whose diameter can be reduced while maintaining electrical characteristics and, moreover, whose fire retardancy and attenuation characteristics can be prevented from being deteriorated even when a polyolefin resin is used as an insulator, and to provide a flat cable and a cable harness using the same.SOLUTION: A halogen-free coaxial cable 100 comprises a conductor 101, a halogen-free insulator 102 disposed around the conductor 101, and a shield tape 103 wound around the halogen-free insulator 102. The shield tape 103 comprises a fire retardant resin layer 105, a metal layer 106 disposed on a surface of the fire retardant resin layer 105, and an adhesive layer 107 disposed on a back surface of the fire retardant resin layer 105; and is wound around the halogen-free insulator 102 so that the adhesive layer 107 comes inside. |
