PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the subjective evaluation value of a user with respect to information to be presented to the user.SOLUTION: A subjective evaluation value determination device includes: a user behavior data acquisition section 11 for acquiring user behavior data indicating the behavior of a user when specific type information is presented; a user behavior data storage section 12 for storing user behavior data acquired when the specific type information with an objective evaluation value is presented and the objective evaluation value in association with each other; a classification section 13 for classifying user behaviors indicated by the user behavior data into a plurality of behavior patterns; and a subjective evaluation value application section 14 for applying a subjective evaluation value based on the objective evaluation value of the user behavior data to each of the plurality of behavior patterns. The subjective evaluation value determination device is characterized to determine the subjective evaluation value of the user with respect to the subjective evaluation value determination object specific type information on the basis of the user behavior data acquired when presenting the plurality of behavior patterns and the subjective evaluation value determination object specific type information.
